Job Function
Perform various clerical duties in support of full-time staff.
Job Responsibilities
- General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, and faxing.
- Greet and properly direct students and staff.
- Correct and build departmental records.
- Assist in training and scheduling part-time staff.
- Maintain program records on IIS system, Word, Excel, E-Doptions, and Outlook.
- Maintain student records related to Health Requirements for Program Admission.
- Provide clerical support for faculty in maintaining records for accreditation.
- Communicate department procedures clearly to students, staff, and community.
- Attend all training meetings pertaining to skill upgrades.
- Provide clerical support for faculty paperwork and test preparation.
- Assist in preparation of new hire paperwork for adjunct faculty.
Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Qualifications
One year related experience including demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.
