Essential Job Duties
Applies standard procedures, equipment and tools to strip and refinish hard surface floors, in addition to extracting carpeted areas within scheduled buildings. Performs team floor care tasks. Performs snow and ice removal within a team environment during inclement weather, in addition to coordinating with coworkers during group response to emergencies.

Special certification may be required for some of these positions.
Other Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds continuously and 90 pounds occasionally. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and the general public.
- Must be able to follow instructions and other communications regarding assignments and other matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing housekeeping duties in a university or commercial environment.
Required License or Certification
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Valid NC driver’s license after 60 days of hire, must be maintained.
