CEO Succession - President / COO - Scale Wellness / Social Good Platform - Startup (FT/PT)
About Wholosophy and our quest for you
Seeking to expand our kind-hearted, yet audacious C-level team who are committed to making a global difference in wellness and our sense of belonging as a society.
Wholosophy is a stealth, life-enhancing Wellness Social Platform created to simplify and aggregate wellness. Think Houzz meets LinkedIn, but a platform elegantly designed to inspire our most essential journey to real health and build supportive authentic friendship and practitioner connections.
Wholosophy connects the dots between community and wellness offering something truly unique and healing for the way we connect, learn, and live our lives.
We have a visionary CEO very much seeking a strategic execution partner who can help knock us out of the park - which we are so strongly positioned, and ready to do.
We are an early-stage start-up with a launch-ready, highly sophisticated and rigorously tested platform, fueled by a 9-layered, systems thinking-based, go-to-market (GTM) with four guided engagement programs to drive exponential growth.
We offer the chance to contribute to a scalable, global platform that is reimagining the power of social media and how people come together to live healthier lives.
Our mission is bold and ambitious. It’s one that is shared by our team (~15) who share our value to bridge and elevate connectedness and well-being. We dream big, move fast, and strive for brilliance.
We offer a work culture based on openness, communication, and integrity. Our team is highly collaborative and fun! You’ll have a chance to work in a fast-paced setting with experienced industry leaders and be in an environment where you can make an immediate impact.
Wholosophy is a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation.
The Position
Wholosophy is seeking a scrappy and determined next CEO with experience in scaling, capital raising, commercialization, and partnership building. A successful exit, although not required, is helpful.
This external-facing, high-performing and integrity-driven executive, will possess a deep understanding and conviction that financial success is amplified when rooted in social good. This executive will actively seek out and establish strategic relationships with corporate partners and thought leaders worldwide.
There is a plan in place for this new executive to succeed the Founding CEO. That said, this executive must first demonstrate their experience and ability to move the organization forward.
This executive will work collaboratively with the Founding CEO (a serial entrepreneur and alum of Deloitte and the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business). They will play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships, strategizing and executing revenue opportunities, raising the next level of capital, and preparing the organization for rapid growth, with an eye on future corporate development.
Are you an “enlightened hustler” with a track record of creating growth and a passion for social good to drive this ambitious startup? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
