- Provide strategic vision for the use of 12Twenty in managing residency and job information; serve as expert on 12Twenty functionality; liaise with 12Twenty support team to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Build appropriate fields for entering data into 12Twenty; ensure that residency and job information interact seamlessly;
- Upload new employers and students and verifying that each is categorized correctly according to all relevant fields;
- Enter job and residency postings received from staff, faculty, and other sources
- Enter student data as received, including employment data. Ensure all data is accurate and follow-up on data that appears to have errors.
- Provide a lead role in the collection and reporting of employment data for the ABA, NALP, and other sources
Duty/Responsibility
- Primary responsibility for event management for all CSO events, including vendor relations, budget responsibility, and supervising planning and day-of activities.
- Greet students as they enter the office. Obtain information pertaining to the visit, respond to routine inquiries, direct students to resource materials and assist as necessary; refer students to professional staff members as appropriate.
- Respond to general inquiries in the career services email box. Respond to emails as necessary and forward to appropriate party.
- Receive and process Reciprocity Requests as needed, from both our students and non-UNH Franklin Pierce students and alumni.
- Collaborate with Outreach Coordinator and other staff members on the student newsletter and other communications initiatives.
Duty/Responsibility
- Provide administrative support for the career services staff including creating Word/Excel and PowerPoint documents for presentations, written guides, and documents.
- Maintain calendar in 12Twenty. Make sure all events are appropriately tagged. Monitor RSVPs.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and check requests
- Renew annual memberships with a variety of organizations
- Maintain and reorder office supplies
- Open, sort, screen and distribute in-coming mail
Duty/Responsibility
- In collaboration with Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services, liaise with Rudman Center to ensure seamless communication and program delivery
- In collaboration with Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services, execute Rudman Summer Fellows Program, LRAP Program, and Pro Bono Program
Duty/Responsibility
- In conjunction with Assistant Dean and Outreach Coordinator, design and execute an employer outreach plan; liaise with Director of Legal Residencies to determine outreach needs and incorporate into outreach plan.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential and new employers for internships, jobs, and residences; make initial determination as to appropriateness for job or residency placement; liaise with Director of Residencies to stay up to date on residency needs.
- Respond to employer inquiries via email or phone. Triage initial contact to determine appropriate course of action; using professional judgement, respond to employer inquiries
- Manage and administer employer recruiting invitations for on-campus interview programs
- Coordinate logistical details for on-campus recruiting programs, residency applications, and resume collections, including room reservations and sending instructions to employers; generate resume packets and ensure that student applications are received by the employer in a timely manner; follow up with employers
- Contact student candidates as selected by the employer for interviews; stay in touch with students throughout the application and interview process
- Arrange the schedule for employers conducting on-campus interviews and assist employer on the day of visit as needed
- Primary responsibility for external facing website maintenance
- Train, supervise, and evaluate student workers; provide feedback to Assistant Dean
