Student Activities Coordinator
Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Carl Albert State College is accepting applications for a Student Activities Coordinator. This is a full-time position on the Poteau Campus. This position has the sole responsibility for student activities, clubs, organizations and SGA. Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, budgeting, marketing, implementing and assessing all student activities for the Poteau and Sallisaw campuses
- Coordinates alcohol, drug, health and wellness programming student events
- Assists with Title IX and Harbor student events
- Maintains Student Life Calendar
- Selects, trains, supervises and schedules all Mascot events
- Student Life office supervision
- Club & organization incentive program & Business Office Purchase orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Previous office experience; must be organized and dependable; must be friendly, self-starter willing to assist with all aspects of Student Life when needed. Must have excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette.

SALARY:
$37,500 annually, includes a full benefit package which consists of: Employer paid Medical, Dental, Life, Long-term Disability, Oklahoma Teachers Retirement, Sick and Vacation days.
