We are looking for a motivated and energetic Content Producer to join the team dedicated to bringing Apple's products to the world. Our team is responsible for producing print and digital documentation for Apple hardware and software in over 40 languages. The Content Producer is responsible for driving the delivery of visual assets used across localized documentation deliverables. They work cross-functionally with Instructional Products, Marcom, Product Marketing, and Business Affairs to ensure the execution of an on-brand visual experience. A strong background in motion graphics and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. The Localization Content Producer not only helps to guide production strategies but will also be the lead motion designer on select projects.

Description

- Create detailed content plans to ensure the smooth localization of graphics and interface animations - Develop a thorough understanding of software features and their availability across regions - Manage a suite of internal devices for use in capturing assets necessary for the localization of graphics and interface animations - Craft localized interface animations and graphics for a small portfolio of projects - Partner with the localization production team to ensure an effective exchange of information and drive toward more efficient workflows - Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot content challenges from the production team - Escalate content risks to Localization Project Managers and relevant stakeholders - Identify gaps or inefficiencies in tools and processes within and between teams and suggest improvements
  • BA degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or other related disciplines
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animations in a design/ production environment
  • Mastery of After Effects for creating user interface animations and rapid user experience comps
  • Extensive experience with Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with creative and technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Strong technical background and excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence others, and work effectively in a team
  • Technical expertise in After Effects toolkit and plugin creation
  • Experience with Adobe ExtendScript & JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Perl, Python, UNIX, shell scripting
  • Fluency in a second language


Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,278 and $195,200 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
