About the Role:

Neurocrine is a forward-thinking biopharmaceutical company known for our commitment to developing life-changing treatments. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Compensation Manager to join our team and lead the total pay process while enhancing our compensation programs through data insights and analytics.

What is the role accountable for?
  • Leading our global reward programs, namely the salary planning cycle end-to-end and recognition program

  • Providing data insights and recommendations for our pay programs through compensation reporting and analytics

  • Managing job architecture and evaluating, recommending changes based on robust analysis and business needs

  • Researching government legislation impacting compensation and recommending appropriate action

  • Creating a deep partnership with HR business partners and leaders to solve compensation-related issues

  • Lead salary administration processes, including managing our salary survey vendors, participation and updating market pricing software tool.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance, Economics, or a similar field, along with 6+ years of compensation experience at a public traded company.

A Master's degree or MBA is highly desired, and 4+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, as well as 4+ years of experience with Workday, Payfactors, or similar platforms, are required.

CCP or similar certification highly desired.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $115,000.00-$166,750.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
