The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for the position of Hotel Ambassador within the department of Morris Inn. The UOES division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
A Hotel Ambassador will assist campus guests with the following: Welcoming guests to Morris Inn and McKenna Conference Center on the drive and in the lobby, directions, information on events in the hotel and around campus. Engaging with all guests and providing a distinctly Notre Dame experience. Assisting with luggage to and from guest vehicle/room and luggage storage.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license necessary
- Ability to pass MVR background check
- Professional behavior, positive attitude, strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
