Reporting to the Syneos Health National Business Director, the Implementation Manager will lead training and support of a new HCP platform for our long-acting injectable portfolio. This position is a provider-facing, field-based role responsible for supporting field teams, training customers, and serving as lead for rollout and sustainment of this new offering.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible to present to key customers across the US for program onboarding and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Train the training department on requisite implementation and utilization. Also, serve as training lead for new hires.
- Act as lead for vendor partnership and help resolve any issues with implementation and sustainment.
- Help create and update training manual for end users and account managers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including field account managers, legal and compliance to support appropriate field team responsibilities and messaging.
- Work with marketing and IT for internal needs, resources, and IT capabilities.
- Support reporting and contracting of account implementation and progress.
- Occasional travel required to Syneos Health home office, as necessary.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or Life Sciences
- Minimum of 9+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum of 6 years' specialty experience with experience working with Specialty Pharmacies and Distributors
- Proven sales experience with injectable products and understanding of buy-and-bill process.
- Experience partnering cross functionally within an integrated account team model that includes multiple filed-based team members.
- Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Strong follow-up with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products.
- Leadership and training experience.
- Expanded understanding of today's insurance landscape and the complexities of reimbursement across the spectrum of payers
- Knowledge of the HIV market
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which will include overnight travel.
- Valid Drivers' License
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $175,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
