Billing Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Billing Manager will oversee billing clerks in service center and perform day-to-day administrative duties. Compensation range is $65K-$70K depending on experience.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Audit and Process payroll for employees and contractors per payroll schedule
  • Assist manager in requesting petty cash checks
  • Manage, coordinate, and bill jobs per billing schedule
  • Send cashier checks to treasury
  • Send paperwork to proper channels
  • Coordinate Final Mile jobs
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed
  • Organize and file documents
  • Additional Responsibilities as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of company software
  • Ability to multitask
  • General knowledge of bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Required: High school diploma or GED
  • Required: 3-5 years of equivalent experience
  • Required: Management experience

Working Conditions:

  • Indoors
  • Office environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Frequent use of telephone
