POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Senior Growth Marketer plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by leading data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This position requires a visionary leader who excels at identifying opportunities, optimizing performance across marketing channels, and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- As a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, the Senior Growth Marketer will leverage analytics, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of customer behavior to optimize the entire marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams-product, sales, and creative-to align growth initiatives with organization objectives.
STARTING SALARY: $115,000 annualized (exempt position).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, driving performance and achieving targets.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals and product roadmaps.
Channel Management & Optimization
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, display advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels and partnerships to drive growth, such as influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and referral marketing.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to continuously optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies that enhance the customer journey and lifecycle.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of growth marketing innovation.

CONTACT RESPONSIBILITY:
Internal: Interacts with supervisor to receive general direction and instructions and/or review of work results. This position will work closely with colleagues in multiple departments.
External: Interacts with outside vendors, such as advertising, digital and PR agencies, printers, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure the successful and accurate execution of promotional strategies.
PRIMARY WORK LOCATION, HOURS & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Office Location: Remote.
Work Hours: Generally standard office hours.
Travel: May require occasional travel to Alliant International University campus locations.
