Account Services Representative - CalPERS, Experienced

Your Role
The CalPERS Account Management team provides strategic oversight, consultative support, and superior service to CalPERS and the employer groups (State of California, Public Agencies, and School Districts) participating in their health benefits program. The CalPERS Account Service Representative will report to the Manager, CalPERS Account Management. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners in support of our CalPERS agreements. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties that impact our performance and relationship with our client.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Account and project management experience preferred
- Life Agent License with California Department of Insurance preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively and strategically in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker who has an eye for detail, is organized, and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including an ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 66770.00 to $ 93390.00 for California.

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
