Vice President of Fundraising for Local Non-Profit
Job Description
Grassroots opportunity with a group local to Orlando, but steadily growing throughout Florida. We are looking for someone to lead the non-profit element of a successful hospitality group with close to 20 years as a respected industry leader.
Vice President of Fundraising Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional-level development and fundraising roles experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing successful nonprofit revenue-generation and donor management strategies and tactics.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven dynamic and strategic leader with superior relationship skills and demonstrated success increasing revenue.
- Possess exceptional planning and management skills, a skillful staff leader, effective in recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team of fundraising staff.
- Experience managing a portfolio high-level major gift (+$1M)
- College Degree, Masters Preferred
Vice President of Fundraising Compensation:
- $120-140K base salary
- Executive-level benefits and bonus potential
