Faculty - Global Supply Chain Management/Management Science (Tenure-Track)

Position Overview

The Department of Information Systems, Analytics, and Supply Chain Management of the Norm Brodsky College of Business at the Rider University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor faculty position in Supply Chain Management /Management Science to begin in September 2025.

The 10-month work year has a standard teaching load of 3 fall/3 spring classes, with 13-week semesters. Additional online summer teaching opportunities may be available. Tenure-track faculty members are expected to conduct research leading to publications in refereed scholarly journals and participate in department, school, and university service activities. Summer research fellowships and other research funding are available.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • A Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited institution in a related discipline by the starting date.
  • A demonstrated strong commitment to and demonstrated potential for excellence in both teaching and research.
  • Candidates must demonstrate ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain Management, Management Sciences, Operations Management, and Statistics. 
  • Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated industry experience, including current or previous corporate positions in supply chain management, management sciences, or operations management, will be considered a plus. 
  • Prior college-level teaching experience will also be considered a plus.
