The Receptionist is the first point of engagement for Aya Healthcare's customer service department administration. This position begins at the entry level, but successful candidates will be considered for promotion after 12 months of employment. Core business hours for this role are 730 am PST to 430 pm PST in our San Diego office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls politely and efficiently respond to administrative requests from clients and employees.
- Greet visitors to reception cordially and direct them to appropriate department.
- Sort and distribute incoming letters, invoices, and notifications.
- Assist with organization and distribution of incoming packages.
- Possess a detail-oriented mindset and talent for conscientious administration.
- Consistently maintain exemplary interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
- Perform tasks as necessary to facilitate the smooth administration of Aya Healthcare's business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have a Bachelor's Degree
- Innate problem-solving ability
- Career-oriented mentality with a desire for career advancement

COMPENSATION:Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be$26.44 to $27.40hourly, which equates to$55,000to $57,000annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
