SIE's People Team is embarking on a journey to transform the employee experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Technology and Services Analyst with a strong Learning Management System (LMS) background to join the People Technology and Services team. This Product Owner will play a critical role in leading system enhancement projects and supporting initiatives for Learning & Development CoE.
What you'll do:
- As part of Talent Systems team, you will manage project portfolio related to with main responsibility for supporting Absorb Learning Management System (LMS). Solid understanding of learning workflows and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. Oversee maintenance and enhancements, globalize business processes, and assist in supporting other systems such as Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Meet regularly with global TED [Talent Enablement and Development] partners to prioritize enhancements for their regions.
- Assist partners in understanding new enhancements by managing the bi-annual Workday Releases. Present relevant new features and updates to the PTS team and senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within LMS processes, proposing and implementing changes to improve system capabilities.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and improve system integrations between Absorb LMS, Workday HCM, and other HR systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Workday platform, including modules related to HCM, Talent, Security, Reporting, and Prism Analytics, serving as a thought partner to business leaders to identify and deliver optimal solutions.
Act as Product Owner for LMS and Talent Systems configurations, specifically:
- Understanding business needs
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Translating business requirements into system requirements
- Configuring and prototyping solutions
- Creating test scripts and leading testing efforts
- Providing Hypercare support
Act as functional support for:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining talent systems (Learning, Performance, and Recruiting) business processes.
- Effectively leveraging 3rd party technology consultants and AMS teams to bring leading practice solutions to your partners.
- Assisting with ServiceNow tickets to provide application support, including incident triage, application bug research, customer escalation responses, scenario recreation, and documentation of findings.
Participate in multi-functional HR projects, develop and maintain training materials, and deliver technical training.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Absorb or a comparable LMS.
- 5+ years of Workday functional experience (configuration, security, custom reports, EIB).
- 7+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Global HCM experience to understand the complexities of different Regions across the globe.
- High attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to both technical and business audiences.
- Basic understanding of business applications and IT integration touchpoints to identify potential impacts and intersection points.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
