Job Summary
The Department of Psychology seeks applicants for a full-time Academic Program Manager responsible for management of the Department of Psychology's undergraduate program, including staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and implementation and evaluation of program initiatives, in support of various constituents such as students, faculty, and department leadership.
The Undergraduate Program Manager reports to the Department of Psychology's Student Academic Affairs Director.

Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty and staff, managing confidential materials and situations, working independently to manage competing interests in a demanding, fast-paced setting, and demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, and database software applications.
Desired Qualifications*
Master's Degree in higher education, psychology, or a related field which includes the broad-based study of student development, social identity, and student learning; five years of experience advising and engaging with varied student groups; some supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences through a variety of mediums; familiarity with LS&A and University of Michigan student administration procedures and policies.
Modes of Work

Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000, please note a higher salary may be offered based on equity and the selected candidate's experience.
